Ingredients:
For the dough:
All purpose flour- 2 cups 1 or 2 tablespoon extra for kneading and rolling.
Instant yeast- 1 teaspoon
Sugar-1 &1/2 teaspoon
Salt-3/4 teaspoon
Olive oil- 2 tablespoon
Warm milk-3/4 cup ( 190 ml)
Oil- 1 teaspoon for coating the dough
For the filling:
Feta cheese-300 g
Mozzarella cheese-100g
coriander leaves-1/2 cup ( chopped)
Pepper powder-1/2 teaspoon
Egg-1
1 tablespoon milk for brushing the fatayer before baking.
Baking:
Preheat the oven at 200 C for 10 minutes. Bake at 200C for 15-18 minutes.
