Handbrake fix and adjustment for Ducato/Jumper/Boxer/Relay/ProMaster X250.

How I replaced and adjusted the rear handbrake/parking brake drum brake shoes inside rear disc on my Fiat Ducato X250 from 2010, and how I made a perfect tight adjustment to gain back the braking power necessary for parking on slopes.
