Chuojiao 戳脚 Match-up by Prof. Men Huifeng 门惠丰 and Jet Li 李连杰 - ROUND 1

Chuojiao 戳脚, lit. poking feet, is a traditional Wushu style that comprises of clever footwork with fast kicking and rapid punching actions, moving in unison and striking forward, mainly practiced in northern China provinces such as Hebei, Beijing, and Liaoning. In this video we offer for the first time an interesting match-up between two prominent Wushu personalities performing movements of Chuojiao. Prof. Men Huifeng 门惠丰, considered one of China’s top Wushu educators, taken from one of the Impressions of the Martial Forest 武林风范 interview series; and Jet Li 李连杰, one of Martial Arts Cinema most renowned stars and former all-around National Wushu Champion of China, taken from the 1982 film The Shaolin Temple 少林寺.
