Opens w/ title frame - elaborately drawn: King Oluwa of Lagos attends wedding of Mr. Barbour-James and Miss Rita Goring; who both hold official posts on the Gold Coast. Shot of (presumably) King Oluwa; w/ another man; some white people in BG. After ceremony; bride & groom who are both African but dressed in traditional Western wedding gown & tuxedo; walk between lines of wedding guests toward camera. Young black girl carries bride’s train; next to her walks the ring bearer - a young black boy dressed in Little Lord Fauntleroy outfit.
