40 min CONTROL Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Unilateral + Superset + Combo set + ABS | No Repeat
This 40 minute CONTROL Full Body Dumbbell Workout | Unilateral Superset Combo-Set ABS contains 4 parts:
Part 1: 12 unilateral exercises targeting legs, upper body push, and upper body pull movements.
Part 2: 12 supersets targeting legs, upper body push, and upper body pull movements.
Part 3: 12 combination exercises, mixing upper and lower body movements.
Part 4: 5 abdominal exercises.
We will perform each exercise for 40 seconds with 20 to 30 seconds of rest in between.
Let’s go!
These are the dumbbells that I am using:
2x 18KG (displayed as RED on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as YELLOW on the screen)
2x 10KG (displayed as GREEN on the screen)
Before starting the workout, make sure to properly warm up by following this video:
