Alternate Channels: A Resident Evil 4 Short Story | 2023

The premise of this story is having been betrayed by Ada, Wesker employees Hunk to recover a sample of Las Plagas. As such, Wesker briefs Hunk on the mission. So in the OG RE4 we got Assignment Ada, a non-canon mini game where Ada has to retrieve viral samples on the Island and at the end fights Krauser for the last sample. In the remake, it seems as though Assignment Ada may be cut, however I think it would be awesome if it was re-imagined as a canon mission similar to that of the 4th Survivor. So not only would we get more RE4 content, we’d also get a new canon mission that gives Hunk more agency and ties up a plot point on how Wesker got a sample after Ada betrayed him. I initially scrapped this project but after tweaking the writing I was a bit more pleased with the results! Enjoy! All Hunk Cutscene footage comes from @tastynoobr3685
