03-03-2024 Trinidad, Colorado - High Wind Event Multiple Semi’s and Vehicles Overturned

***NOT FOR BROADCAST*** Contact Brett Adair with Live Storms Media to license. brett@ A high wind event hit southern Colorado today bringing wind gusts upward of 90 mph’s. These strong west to east winds made travel on north/south roads flat out dangerous. Along Interstate 25 near Trinidad 67mph winds were responsible for at least 7 overturned vehicles. Interstate 25 was closed from Aguilar to Trinidad while emergency crews removed the vehicles.
