Cybersecurity threats: How to protect yourself and your business
Canadian businesses face an increasing number of cybersecurity threats each day, according to expert Ivo Weins.
Weins’ organization, the IT management company CDW Canada released a study that found the average number of successful cyber attacks on Canadian companies has increased from 13 in 2022, to 30 in 2023.
“We are literally in an arms race with these malicious players,” he told The Morning Show hosts Jeff McArthur and Carolyn MacKenzie.
Weins’ shares what people and businesses can do to safeguard themselves and their businesses against the evolving threats from ransomware, phishing and malware attacks.
