Behind the scenes video of the making of the automaton from Hugo. Produced by Savage Media and a selection of photos from Sociates Ltd. The automaton was created by Dick George Creatives Ltd. In total Dick George Creatives made 13 automata and 2 writing automata. Both ’writers’ had the ability to draw the picture featured in the movie without the aid of any CGI or Special Effects.
