Some of my fails before I finally hit my 510lb PR. I just want to show ppl that you can gain muscle and strength without the use of harmful drugs. I don’t take a bunch of supplements to make my gains. Proper eating and a solid routine will help you get to where you want. If you’re in the gym for yourself like I am you don’t need all the BS. But if your plan is to be as big as Ronnie or Jay, by all means do what you got to do! Keep it NATURAL kids
