Tunes of our townships. 12-06-2020 Yet our music till now does not look like the perfect line made by the Singer sewing machine from the 1920s. But we are trying to cut and sew a dance-musical image of our shtetl from various fabrics and threads -- dance melodies, songs and movements. Just like our grandmothers did this for their dresses once upon a time. Sure, they didn’t play dance music, cause they were women. But we do it now. Zhydovachka: #shtetlfolk
