Jenin Brigade Condemns Palestinian Authority

On Monday, July 17th, hours after Palestinian Authority Security Forces arrested a number of Palestinian fighters from Jenin, tens of Palestinians, including armed resistance fighters and the mothers of martyrs, took to the streets of the Jenin Refugee Camp to demonstrate. Protesters condemned the PA for being “collaborators“ with Israel, and working against the resistance. The protest was the latest in a number of anti-PA demonstrations by Palestinians in Jenin in recent weeks, and mark yet another fissure in the deepening rift between Palestinian armed groups in Jenin and the PA, the latter of which is vying to reassert its control over the city amid increasing public disapproval.
