So what does a dibber do?
A dibber is a handy tool to use when planting seeds, seedlings, and small bulbs. It is a long pointed stick that pokes holes in the soil to create space for growing these plants. There are several different types of dibbers, long ones, short ones, miniature ones, round ended ones and sharp pointed ones like this new model from Millfox.
The dibber, which arrived well padded and simply presented is 27.5 cm long including a 12.6 cm metal tip with an 11 cm wooden handle and a shaft 3 cm across at its widest point.
