Clean Swing Snatch Ladder

Grab a moderate to light kettlebell and let’s get to work 😎 ⠀ You’ll do a descending ladder of 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 reps of each movement on each arm. ⠀ So… ⠀ 5 Clean, Swing, Snatch on the Right Arm ⠀ Then… ⠀ 5 Clean, Swing, Snatch on the Left Arm ⠀ Then… ⠀ 4 Clean, Swing, Snatch back on the Right Arm ⠀ Then… ⠀ 4, 3, 2, 1 ✅ ⠀ After you finish. ⠀ Rest 2 mins then repeat going back UP the ladder ⠀ This is a good one that won’t beat you up too bad (unless your KB technique sucks 🤨) ⠀ It’s more of a breather/recovery complex. ⠀ Good to get the blood flowing and the heart thumping. ⠀ Pick a kettlebell you can go UNBROKEN with.
