We are suckers for night trains and sad there are so few regular service ones left in the world. When we learned there was one final remaining sleeper service train in Japan, we KNEW we had to ride it! This is the Sunrise Express, which is actually 2 trains that are joined together until Okayama. We rode the train from Tokyo to Okayama, where we exited to view the trains decouple.
