Sébastien Giniaux and Joris Viquesnel met twenty years ago, and have never stopped playing together since. A friendship built around music. These two have in common an open mind that allows them to navigate between a wide variety of genres, creating bridges between musical styles that seem, however, very distant. Gypsy jazz, like Django Reinhardt’s but also Balkan music, classical or contemporary music. From Ravel to Radiohead, from Nougaro to Chopin and even Romanian gypsy music or the oriental coceks from Macedonia.
