Michael Paouris’ EPK (Updated - 2020)

Michael Paouris is 32 years old Soloist on the Greek instrument Bouzouki and the Guitar. He is also composer, arranger and producer. He is the first musician who introduced the Bouzouki officially in Jazz music. He has 15 albums (jazz, Gypsy Jazz, jazz Fusion, Classical Music and some traditional Bouzouki style). He has written 5 music books about the technique and the music harmony. Al Di Meola said that Michael Paouris is the fastest Bouzouki player on the planet Earth. Michael Paouris has cooperated with some of the most well-known artists like Al Di Meola, Stochelo Rosenberg, Gonzalo Rubalcaba, Franck Wolf, Gumbi Ortiz and many others. He has earned twelve 1st Prizes International Awards in Jazz and Classical Music. In November of 2018 he received the 1st International Award in Classical Music at the legendary Carnegie Hall.
