OpenMugen PsP run on PPSSPP emu android

So recently I’ve been seeing some video saying that psp can run mugen game so i try donwloading the file and trying it out on psp emulator on android it’s work but there’s no menu or character selection menu just like in the video so do you guys know how to fully ported mugen on psp? Cause if we manage to do that we can make a fully supported mugen on mobile device!
