Strawberry kheer is a delightful variation of the traditional Indian rice pudding, where fresh strawberries are added to give it a fruity twist.

Ingredient
10-15 Strawberries washed
¾ cup Sugar
1 tbsp Ghee
15-20 Cashew nuts chopped
3 tbsp Parliament gold jumbo basmati Rice soaked
2 cup Milk
1 tsp Green cardamom powder
Method
1. Wash the strawberries thoroughly with cold water and cut off the tops of the strawberries.
2. Now take a mixer jar and add strawberries to it and grind them coarsely.
3. Place on the kadai on medium flame and add sugar and strawberries crush, mix and cook till the strawberries are pulpy.
4. Place the kadai on the other side on medium flame heat ghee and roast cashew nuts till looks golden in color.
5. Now add soaked Parliament gold jumbo basmati rice and sauté for a minute.
6. Add milk and cook for 15-20 minutes until the rice is cooked well, stirring continuously.
7. Now stir the strawberry crush and turn off the flame and keep it aside to cool.
8. Now mash some rice with the help of a ladle, add green cardamom powder and roasted cashew nuts mix well.
9. Switch off the flame and take them out in a bowl and cool them in the refrigerator.
10. Now take some strawberries and cut them into slices.
11. In that of rice bowl add strawberries crush and mix well.
12. Take a serving glass and pour strawberry kheer into it and garnish with sliced strawberries and add crush on top.
