Woman lives in Ukraine. Innusya had visited a mountain farm of cows. Polonyna Bukovets in the village Brustury. Man who cooks cheese on the farm, his profession is called “vatag“. His name is Vasyl. Vasyl taught Innusya to cook traditional corn porridge in the Carpathian mountains. This porridge is cooked with cream (or 1-2 day cream/ sour cream). This porridge is called “banosh“.
