Kit Ballard is one of the few survivors of her peoples near genocide at the hands of an ancient alien race known as the Darques. Having Fled the ruins of her homeworld, Kit has wandered the systems and made a name for herself as one of the best Breakers (Bounty Hunter) in the business. She was last thought to be chasing a break in the Korunda 4 system with her pet Skiff Skiffy.
