“Chakrulo“ is the crown of Georgian polyphony, it belongs to the family of long Kakhetian table songs. Soliosts: Gela Donadze, Shota Abuladze. , Church of St. Maria Virgin, Lincoln Center, NY. In August and September of 1977, two spaceships, Voyager-1 and Voyager-2, were launched into space by the United States NASA program. Their interstellar mission envisioned both space research and supplying information about the Earth and its diverse culture to highly developed civilizations that may exist in other galaxies. In addition to 115 images encoded in analog form, specially selected audio and video material was included, featuring records of the Earth’s natural sounds; short, one sentence greetings in 55 languages; and fragments of classical and folk music.
