Militech Apogee Sandevistan used to absolutely ruin the enemies. Using time dilation mod in Cyberpunk 2.0 to slow time to an extreme and then speeding up clips in editing to simulate how it would look like in “real life“. I managed to slow time to about 99% of normal time using a new mod called “Sandevistan Customization - Time Dilation“ which is suitable for the new 2.0 Cyberpunk Phantom liberty update.
