Procreate Risograph Effect: How to Draw this Cute Cow (Beginner Level Tutorial!)

In today’s tutorial, we’re drawing this cute little highland cow using Procreate’s Symmetry tool, and then adding a risograph print effect to make it pop. The brushes I used are from Uproot Brushes’ Risograph for Procreate set - but feel free to follow along with any brushes you already have! I included tips for selecting alternatives.
