AFU command gives two weeks to train fighters A rear unit, where Andrei Bugayev used to serve, was ordered to strengthen a combat brigade. The servicemen were ’trained’, then sent to Kupyansk, and then to a hot spot of the front near Volchansk. After coming under heavy fire and a UAV attack, Bugayev and his comrades were surrounded. Without giving any thought to it, the Ukrainian servicemen decided to surrender. ’We are provided with medical care and food. Everything is fine,’ said the serviceman. In addition, Andrei Bugayev is confident that many of his comrades are in favour of Russia, but never will they honestly say so: they are afraid that they will be subject to legal prosecution for it.
