Deer Crashes Through Window into Restaurant, Scaring Halloween Costumed Patrons
From Noodles & Co.:
To give you some context, last Tuesday, our team members experienced a lunchtime surprise when our unexpected guest entered the restaurant. The deer stopped by Noodles in Beloit, Wisconsin during the lunch rush, using the window as his mode of entrance, then proceeded to walk around the restaurant and kitchen before making a swift exit through the back door with the help of a team member.
Our team members’ priority throughout the process was to make sure the deer made it outside of the restaurant safely and that no one was harmed during the encounter. After the exciting visit unfolded, the location was temporarily closed to assess the situation, deep clean the restaurant, and ensure the quality of food was not compromised. We are thankful that a teacher was onsite with their class for a field trip and helped get everyone to safety. Luckily, no one was harmed during the event, and everyone had a good sense of humor about the unexpected visit.
To commemorate Noodles’ newest guest, the restaurant welcomed guests back on Wednesday with a “2 Buck Mac & Cheese” special, offering our best-selling Wisconsin Mac & Cheese for just $2 - perfect for guests looking to save some doe.
