José Rizal - Real Faces - The History of the Philippines

This clip takes us back towards the end of the Spanish colonial period of the Philippines, and one of its most important national heroes, José Rizal who was executed by the Spanish colonial government for the crime of rebellion after the Philippine Revolution. We also look other prominent members of that reform movement as de Pilar and Ponce, as well as the women in Rizal’s life.
