Guinness World Record: largest sushi mosaic

The Norwegian Seafood Export Council staged the record attempt at the norwegian pavillion at the World Exposition in Shanghai. 40 students from the Zhonghua Vocationary Chef School i Shanghai made 8374 sushi pieces which took up 20,13 square meters. The record was approved by Ms. Angela Wu on behalf of the Guinness Book of Records the 15. october at local time in Shanghai.
