A famous non-veg recipe made by chicken breast. Chicken breast cut into thin slices and marinated into spices. Deep fried and tossed into thick sauce of garlic, ginger and sauces.

Ingredients Quantity
Breast chicken 2 no
Salt to taste
Soya sauce ½ tsp
Red chilli sauce 1 tsp
Refined flour 1 ½ tbsp
Corn starch 1 tsp
Egg 1 no
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Oil for frying 1 tbsp
Chopped garlic 1 tbsp
Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
Chopped green chilli 3 no’s
Chopped onions 1 no cubes 1 no
Corn starch 1 tsp
Water as required
Yellow bell pepper ½ cup
Green capsicum ½ cup
Green chilli sauce 1 ½ tbsp
Red chilli sauce 1 ½ tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Vinegar ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Green onion ½ cup
Spring onion leaves 1 tbsp for garnish
Chopped coriander as required
Corn starch slurry 2 tbsp
Method
• Take chicken breast and cut them in to pieces, transfer it to a bowl add salt, soya sauce, red chilli sauce, refined flour, corn starch, egg, ginger garlic paste and mix it well, fry the chicken until crisp, once it’s cooked properly remove it in a plate and keep its aside.
• In an another wok add oil, chopped garlic, chopped ginger, chopped onions and sauté it well
• In an another small bowl add corn starch and water n mix it well to make a slurry
• Now in a same wok add onion cubes, yellow bell pepper, green capsicum, green chilli sauce, red chilli sauce, salt to taste, vinegar and mix it well add water as required, black pepper powder, fried chicken, green onions, spring onion leaves, chopped coriander leaves, corn starch slurry and mix it well.
• Once it mixed and cooked properly remove it in a serving bowl and garnish it with some more spring onion leaves.
