We need: -Cottage cheese - 500g, -Raisins - 1/2 cup, -Eggs - 2 pcs, -Vanilla sugar - 2 Tbsp, -Salt - 1/2 tsp, -Semolina - 2 Tbsp, -Flour - 2 Tbsp, -Starch - 1 Tbsp, -Baking powder - 1 Tbsp, -Vegetable oil for frying Take 1/2 cup raisins, soak them for 15 minutes in boiling water, during which they will swell. Mash 500 g of cottage cheese, add 2 eggs. Mix well. Add Swollen Raisins - 1/2 cup, Vanilla sugar - 2 Tbsp, Salt - 1/2 tsp, Semolina - 2 Tbsp, Flour - 2 Tbsp, Starch - 1 Tbsp, Baking powder - 1 Tbsp. Mix well. Form round cheesecakes. Dip them in flour and semolina. Fry the cheesecakes on all sides over low heat
