Architect reacts to NEOM the Line - Buildable or a marketing trick??

Some honest thoughts about the Line from someone with experience working on other super visionary projects in Saudi Arabia. What does that mean in terms of architecture, livability, and construction? Is it even possible? What would the budget for such a project be? Really, I raise more questions that I can answer.
