How to decorate these easy beginner “thank you“ cookies! No projector needed as I free-handed all of the lettering. The first cookie uses great lettering to start with as you’re using consistent pressure on the bag (as opposed to pressure piping where you adjust the pressure on the bag while piping). The second cookie uses a hand-lettered plaque made just to say thank you, which makes the lettering easier to follow. These are the very first thank you cookies I ever made and one of the first lettered cookies I ever did!
