Today we are in Co. Clare, Corrovorrin is a small graveyard surrounded by a rubble stone wall and has an attractive entrance and stile. The gravestones date from the early 1800s. This beautiful graveyard is very well hidden and hard to find, this is not on Google maps. The newspaper spoke to locals due to the fact there was unsociable behaviour going on in the area, rubbish, vandalism, smoking and dumping was recorded plus the fact it’s becoming lost under the huge amount of Ivy here. We made an interesting discovery inside the mausoleum. Robbers? or was it buried with the dead ? you decide. #cemetery #robbery #coffin
