Goalkeeper Training: How to Get Up Quickly

Getting up quickly is essential for those goalkeepers to make those awesome double saves. I have two different ways of getting up. The first is a quick swing of your legs and turning your body at the same time. Doing this quickly will windmill you back up towards the standing position.
