In this 25 min ARMS Dumbbell Workout | Biceps Triceps Superset ABS, we will perform 5 supersets targeting biceps and triceps for 2 rounds in a row. Each movement will be performed for 40 seconds with 15 to 20 seconds of rest in between. At the end of the workout, we will do 6 consecutive abdominal exercises.

The dumbbells that I am using are:
2x18kg (Red color on the screen)
2x10kg (yellow color on the screen)
2x5kg (Green color on the screen)

You can Simply increase the intensity of this workout by using heavier dumbbells.
