𝙀𝙣𝙜𝙡𝙞𝙨𝙝 𝙩𝙚𝙭𝙩 𝙗𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙬 🍽ДАВАЙТЕ ВСПОМНИМ ПРЕКРАСНЫЙ ЛЕТНИЙ ВЕЧЕР В ОДНОМ ЧУДЕСНОМ ШОУРУМЕ! 17 августа 2023 года в новом салоне бытовой техники «Хомаер Норд» при поддержке Всемирного клуба петербуржцев и оргкомитета Международной премии «Золотой Трезини» прошло специальное мероприятие немецкого бренда BORA и компании «Арт-Виа»: «Дом с дополненной реальностью. Тренды и инновации в фарфоре и бытовой технике». Гостей вечера – членов Всемирного клуба петербуржцев, партнеров и друзей премии «Золотой Трезини» и бренда BORA – поприветствовали руководитель представительства BORA в Санкт-Петербурге Дарина Кондратьева, основатель бренда «Арт-Виа» Лилиана Фатерина, председатель оргкомитета «Золотого Трезини» Павел Черняков и председатель правления Всемирного клуба петербуржцев Наталия Сидоркевич. Программу встречи открыла мини-лекция хранителя фарфора Государственного Эрмитажа, кандидата исторических наук Ирины Багдасаровой «Фарфор в интерьерах и убранстве стола дома Романовых». После этого внимание слушателей переключилось на фарфор XXI века. Лилиана Фатерина продемонстрировала некоторые замечательные фарфоровые вещи, изготовленные под маркой «Арт-Виа» и сделала акцент на применении современных технологий в фарфоре и том, как обыграть новые технические возможности в создании интерьеров. И завершающая часть «триптиха» – гастрономическая. Варочная панель со встроенной вытяжкой BORA включилась и к ней встал шеф-повар Игорь Шугаев. Вместе с помощниками Игорь подготовил и прямо в присутствии гостей воплотил в реальность небольшое, но очень яркое августовское меню: медальоны из говядины с птитимом в соусе из лесных грибов и пюре из батата и освежающий десерт с фисташковым бретонским сабле и гранитой из яблочного сока и юдзу. Все блюда были немедленно продегустированы и высоко оценены гостями. The art of porcelain, high gastronomy and the most advanced technologies came together for one evening in the new Homeier Nord showroom. On August 17, 2023, under the auspices of the Worldwide St. Petersburg Club and the Organizing Committee of the Golden Trezzini Awards, a special event of the German brand BORA and the company Art-Via was held here: “House with Augmented Reality. Trends and innovations in porcelain and household appliances“. The guests of the evening, members of the Worldwide Club St. Petersburg, partners and friends of the Golden Trezzini Awards and the BORA brand, were welcomed by Darina Kondratyeva, Head of the BORA Representative Office in St. Petersburg, Liliana Faterina, Founder of the Art-Via brand, Pavel Chernyakov, Chairman of the Golden Trezzini Organizing Committee, and Natalia Sidorkevich, Chairwoman of the Board of the Worldwide Club St. Petersburg. The event began with a lecture by Irina Bagdasarova, Curator of the State Hermitage Porcelain Collection. Irina spoke about the porcelain in the interiors and table decorations of the House of the Romanovs and showed many photographs of porcelain items from the Hermitage collection, many of which are not available to museum visitors but are kept in closed storage. Afterwards, the attention of the audience turned to the porcelain of the XXI century. Liliana Faterina demonstrated some wonderful porcelain items produced under the Art-Via brand and emphasized the use of modern technologies in porcelain. In particular, the augmented reality technology makes it possible to revive the image on a plate or vase, which makes such a thing a particularly relevant gift. And the last part of the “triptych“ was gastronomic. The BORA cooktop was switched on and chef Igor Shugaev stepped up to the plate. Together with his team, Igor prepared a short August menu and brought it to life in the presence of the guests: beef medallions with pearl couscous in wild mushroom sauce and sweet potato puree, and a refreshing dessert of pistachio sablé Breton with apple juice and yuzu granita. All the dishes were immediately tasted and highly appreciated by the guests.
