Putin’s Iskander Missiles Wreak Havoc In Odesa; Explosions In Crimea; Russia Summons U.S. Envoy
Russia unleashed Iskander missiles on Odesa, hitting civilian infrastructure in the region. As a result of the attack, three local residents were injured and taken to hospital. The warehouses of a retail chain were damaged, as were residential buildings and cars nearby. Meanwhile, Russia has introduced a state of emergency in the temporarily occupied city of Sevastopol after explosions rocked Russian-occupied Crimea. According to the Telegram channel Crimean Wind, about eight explosions were heard in Zaozerne, Yevpatoria and Donuzlav. Meanwhile, Russia said the United States was responsible for a Ukrainian missile attack on Russian-annexed Crimea, which it said killed five people, including three children, and wounded over 100. Russia’s Defense Ministry said Washington and Kyiv bore “responsibility for a deliberate missile strike on peaceful residents,“ which it said used ATACMS missiles.
