A magnitude 4.1 earthquake struck two hours ago in New York State. The epicenter was at a depth of 9 kilometers, 20 kilometers from Watertown. The quake was felt in parts of Fulton, Oswego and elsewhere. Hundreds of residents reported on social media that they felt the tremors. A minute later, an earthquake occurred in the neighboring Canadian province of Ontario. The shocks were felt in Kingston, Odessa, Belleville and other places.
