Pro-Palestine activist confronts Israeli arms companies at US Army convention

A pro-Palestine activist and TikTok content creator confronted Israeli companies at the Association of the United States Army (AUSA) convention in Washington. The activist, who posts videos on an account called the Palestine News Network, approached representatives from Steadicopter, an Israeli manufacturer of uncrewed aerial systems, and asked where he could find the “baby killing technology”, referring to Israel’s use of such systems in its year-long war on Gaza that has killed more than 17,000 children. He also confronted other members of the Israeli delegation, including representatives from Computech International (CTI), a privately owned company that “provides advanced and unique solutions for a variety of military forces”, and Gate, an electronic safe and arm device (ESAD) company. According to LinkedIn, Gate “provides unique solutions to a vast range of needs from infantry operated ESADs to cutting-edge missiles & loitering munition ESADs”.
