IMPROVED HIGHER QUALITY VERSION HERE: Upscaled with a neural network (Topaz Video Enhance AI) and then interpolated to 60 FPS. AI Upscaling low resolution videos will generally not give very good results as there’s just not enough data to upscale from but it is noticably better than the original, especially when fullscreen on a large 4k monitor/TV. It’s pretty much the best that can be done without access to the original recording.
