I’m playing a combination of guitars and synthesizer parts on medieval Hammered Dulcimer. The tune is scaled to E-minor (2 semitones upwards) to facilitate playing on this instrument. I couldn’t find a way to interprete the keyboard solo without losing its awesome vibe, so I decided to leave it aside, unfortunately. For the backing track, I’ve used a commonly found MIDI score as a starting point, and strongly edited it to achieve a decent sound on my virtual instruments.
