Caroling: Winter Fun

On December 19, 2013 Arbor Lodge Neighborhood Association sponsored caroling and great good will among neighbors. The Arbor Lodge Neighborhood Association (ALNA) is but one of many citizen-driven groups all over Portland making neighborhoods more livable. It’s not all meetings and policy discussions.
