Turning a Rusted BOLT into a Beautiful SCISSOR

This weekend i forged a rusty useless bolt into a beautiful paper scissor. And i am very glad with this beautiful made. This scissor is very shiny and easily cut the paper. But there is only one flaw i seen in the whole process and that is the steel is so soft even after hardening it. The bolt was made up of mild steel i think. So this was pretty shameful but still it is a working scissor for cutting paper or little items which are easy to cut. Even this is a very beautiful show piece. I have hanged it up on a wall of my mother’s room. MECHANISM: There are two jaws of this Scissor, but one has a round hole while the other has a square hole. The main purpose of square hole is to hold the bolt with it so when it moves the bolt also moves. While the other jaw has a round hole it can move freely. The nut of the bolt was made with a particular technique using a beautiful knurling tool on the lathe machine, so we can easily tight the jaws of the scissor with our bare hands. Turning a Ruste
