“We Are Past Peak Net-Zero“ - Richard Tice Tells Julia Hartley-Brewer
Reform Party leader Richard Tice tells TalkTV’s Julia Hartley-Brewer that he has declared the country is “past peak Net-Zero“.
He says even Prime Minister Rishi Sunak has “admitted“ that the situation had “all gone way too far“, and needing to stop talking about the issue and listen to voters.
Mr Tice said Sunak needed to get rid of low traffic neighbourhoods, lift the 20mph speed limits “except in certain restricted zones like schools“, but also demanded the PM lift an absurd 2030 ban on combustion engine cars.
On the Bibby Stockholm migrant barge, Mr Tice responded to accusations it would be a Grenfell style risk by saying: “this barge has operated successfully around the world for 30 years. Don’t tell me that all of a sudden, all of the regulations and the issues have changed.“
