NYPD Cops Shoot Man Who Threatened To Kill Gov. Kathy Hochul and The ’PD Chief

In substance, among other threats, Hardy informed the 911 operator that he was “strapped,“ going to “blow the first police head off“ and “going to kill your chief.“ At approximately 6:07 hours, Hardy again called 911, identified himself by name, and provided a location of 205-17 116th Avenue, Queens.
