A subliminal is an audio affirmation that is hidden under calm music, nature sounds, and ordinary noise. They are pronounced so quietly and unintelligibly that our brain simply cannot catch and understand them. Such a hidden message bypasses our critical thinking and enters immediately into consciousness. The subconscious is part of our mind and controls most of the processes in our body: from mental health to cell growth and DNA structure.
