While coffee is undoubtedly a beloved beverage, attributing miraculous anti-aging properties to it may be an overstatement. The notion that coffee and yogurt can make you look 17 years old regardless of your age is not scientifically supported. While coffee does contain antioxidants, which can contribute to overall skin health, the claim that it is a million times stronger than Botox in removing wrinkles and enhancing collagen is exaggerated.
Day One - Skin Radiance Challenge
Step 1 - Cleansing:
To create this natural cleanser, take about two tablespoons of fresh yogurt in a clean bowl. Yogurt, rich in lactic acid, gently removes dead skin cells from your face.
Add a spoonful of quickly dissolving coffee. Coffee, with its caffeine content, hydrates the skin and brightens its tone.

Mix well and apply the mixture to your entire face, massaging for two minutes.
Leave it on for 3-4 minutes, then rinse your face. The lactic acid and probiotics in yogurt, combined with coffee, nourish and gently cleanse your skin.
Use this cleanser daily.
Step 2 - Scrub:
In a clean bowl, mix 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 2 teaspoons of coffee powder, and 1 teaspoon of rice powder. The caffeine in coffee acts as an excellent exfoliator.
You can add a spoon of honey. Apply this scrub to your face, gently rub for 2-3 minutes, and rinse with water.
Use this scrub twice a week for exfoliation and skin tone evenness.
Step 3 - Face Massage Gel:
To make this gel, take two tablespoons of yogurt, add a bit of coffee, turmeric powder, and a few drops of lemon juice. Mix well.
Massage your face with this cream for 5-10 minutes in upward motions, then rinse.
Use this massage three times a week.
Step 4 - Face and Neck Mask:
For this mask, grate cucumber, add 2 tablespoons of yogurt, 1 tablespoon of honey, and a small spoon of coffee.
Mix and apply evenly on your face and neck, leaving it to dry for 20 minutes. Wash with water, moisturize with coconut oil or your preferred moisturizer.
