10 minutes of Movement 20XX, mobility and locomotion patterns... 🦁 Learn more about Movement 20XX: This 10 Minute Pre-Workout flow, leveraging many of the movements found in Movement 20XX other ground-based conditioning tactics. I prefer a dynamic, movement-rich, total body warm-up VERSUS robotic, cookie-cutter stretches and linear exercises. Just move. The combination of Functional Range Conditioning mobility drills, Movement 20XX and other ground-based exercises are fantastic for pre-workout warm-up periods and also full-on movement sessions. Moving like this is incredible for the mind-body connection. I had nothing planned in this video, other than I wanted to move from one movement and position to the next while addressing the entire body in one shot.
