The video shows the moment of the arrest and transportation from the hotel of the tied-up Ukrainian Ivan Kuzmin , who killed and dismembered Russian citizen Lyudmila Lazarenko in Peru. During the arrest, he bit, screamed and kicked. According to local police, the man was on mushrooms and the local drug ayahuasca.
