Governor of the Belgorod Region Gladkov: Updated information on the consequences of the air attack with cluster munitions from the MLRS “Vampire“ by the Armed Forces of Ukraine on the city of Belgorod and the Belgorod district. The death toll has risen to 5. One woman and four men died on the spot from their wounds before the ambulance arrived. 37 civilians were wounded, including 6 children. Seven adults and three children are in serious condition. All victims were taken to medical institutions in Belgorod. In the city, roofs were broken and windows were knocked out in two apartment buildings, and in another apartment building, the glazing was damaged.
